Reservations & Cancellations

Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time and therapist.

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early for your session. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments out of courtesy to other guests.

We understand plans can change — kindly give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a credit deduction or charge.

To preserve the flow of your session, please keep phone use and movement in and out of the room to a minimum.
Health & Wellbeing

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are pregnant before your session.

Our treatments are designed to support general wellness and are not a substitute for medical care.

Spa Etiquette

Guests must be 18 years or older to receive treatments.

To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly ask that phones are silenced and conversations kept soft.

We recommend leaving valuables at home. Sora Retreat is not liable for lost or damaged items.

Smoking, alcohol, and inappropriate conduct are strictly prohibited. Any misconduct will be reported to the authorities.
Refunds & Package Terms

All treatment purchases are non-refundable once the session is completed.

For treatment packages, a 5-day cooling-off period applies from the date of purchase. Within this period, you may request a full refund on unused credits.

Packages are non-transferable and non-shareable. All services must be used before the indicated expiry date.

We reserve the right to adjust service prices and credit redemptions without prior notice.
